MDF

Siempelkamp supplies complete state-of-the-art MDF production plants, from raw material processing to finished panels.
Three different types of presses are possible:

- ContiRoll® continuous production presslines
- Single and multi-opening presslines
- Steam injection presslines

World largest MDF plant with a ContiRoll® press that was installed in Brazil in 2009. Production capacity approx. 2.300 m3/day. Size of press area 9’x 77m.

Siempelkamp's Research and Development Center has a complete MDF Pilot Plant for:

- testing waste wood and recycled wood
- testing formerly unusable material
- improving the product with defibering and drying
- reducing energy demand
